The W Promad Story

W PROMAD was born from the experience of a foreign friend who purchased a property in Quintana Roo. Lacking knowledge of the local requirements and permits requested by the relevant authorities, he reached out to us to manage his property's administration and legal compliance.

Upon researching and realizing that many other owners were in similar situations, we decided to launch our property management and administration services for foreigners—offering them clarity, security, and true commitment.
